Biography

Mark N. Melasky is a Patent Attorney with the law firm of Garvey, Smith & Nehrbass, Patent Attorneys, LLC. Mark is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in patent cases. His practice is limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and related intellectual property matters. He is also an adjunct professor of Law in Marketing at Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business, which focuses on intellectual property issues in the context of marketing and business management. Additionally, Mark is a licensed Zumba® Fitness Instructor and teaches weekly classes at the Tulane Reily Center.
