Professor Min is an attorney-CPA, dual licensed professional. Joining Tulane, she brings her keen knowledge and experience to address business issues comprehensively from both legal and accounting perspectives. Her work experiences encompass all areas of tax practice – tax compliance, planning, and controversy. She assisted hundreds of business and individual clients to keep them in compliance with current tax laws and regulations, provided tax plannings, and represented clients on tax issues. Also, she worked for the corporate headquarters of a national tax service company developing the tax prep software used by their tax professionals nationwide.
Prior to her tax practice, Professor Min worked for Overseas Investment Department of a Fortune 300 Energy Company. As an assistant manager, she engaged in managing every stage of investment projects from negotiating contracts to auditing subsidiaries' operations. Significant BOT/BOO projects that she managed include 2 billion barrel oil field in Nigeria, 740 MW wind power plant in Neimenggu, China, and over 3,000 MW coal/gas power plants in Philippines and Indonesia.
